Job Description

Lead facilities equipment capacity study monitoring of utility consumption to ensure all the facilities system is in good condition.
Ability to develop facilities equipment standard operation procedure and work instruction.
conduct monitoring, trending & tracking of daily power consumption of the factory & initiative preventive maintenance to prevent equipment form interruption & power failure.
ensure facilities equipment such as VCB, ACB, switch gear, transformer, protection relay, MSB, SSB, DB’s. capacitor bank, lightning protection, electrical & building grounding and end load are maintain in correct way with PM program in place.
ISO 14000 and 9000 coordinator/maintenance.
provide inputs on electrical related equipment and recommend engineering control aspect to solve problem.
Ability to carry out troubleshooting of the UPS system, Variable speed drive (VSD), Solar System and PA system.
Familiar with VSD system and ability to design the VSD capacity to ensure mechanical system is in good condition.
Identifies risk analysis on the systems using FMEA
Complete scope of work documents in support of scenario analysis, ramp up planning and execution.
Support design reviews for base build systems and ensure specifications are met and cost reduction improvements are identified
Support tool install designs for the systems that connect to those tools insuring specifications are met and cost reduction improvements are identified
Review and support capacity analysis in the systems tracking against actual data from the facilities.
Identifies and evaluates risk analysis in the systems and proposes possible improvements.
Follow all EHSS procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Ensure contractors comply to Micron EHSS requirements


Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Electrical or relevant field with 3-5 years related working experiences
IT Knowledge(Windows Servers, Windows Clients, Storage(SAN/NAS), Database, Network)
Obtain chargeman certificate is added advantage.
A working knowledge of facilities equipment(Chiller, CDA, Vacuum system, VSD, RODI and etc).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good team working and multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes
Team oriented with a strong focus on effective team dynamics
Strong organizational, leadership and analytical skills
