- Develop/update material and equipment technical specs
- Team-building ability w/ APU’s ops, crews, engineering, inspectors, warehouse, vendors, and counterparts at other electric utilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Apply new technology, applicable codes, rules and regulations, and standards
- Advise staff and senior management
- Investigate equipment / material deficiencies
