Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the development of new Tap Changer’s designs and concepts of mechanical components and assemblies, according to international and company standards and design rules;
  • Designing Tap Changer for various topologies and applications;
  • Study and develop different tap changers, understanding various tapping methods ;
  • Theoretical analysis of tap changers (calculation and simulation);
  • Creation of 3D/2D models and specification of Tap Changers;
  • Evaluation at component level as well as set/system level;
  • Participates during the prototype assembly and testing, during design and testing phase;
  • Follow up of time plan for proper tasks execution and follows effective time usage;
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering (Mechanical engineering being preferred);
  • At least 5-7 years or more of relevant work experience (>3 years in tap changer being a plus);
  • Fluent level of English in speaking and writing, good communication skills;
  • Good Knowledge in using and managing of design’s documentation;
  • Solid and proficient experience in 3D CAD software package (Creo, SolidWorks);
  • Advantage is using of CAE software package (Ansys, Creo Simulation).
