About the job

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support site for installation, testing, and commissioning works
  • To monitor site work status and progress; maintain project schedule by monitoring progress and quality standards; carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues and problems on time.
  • To provide technical support & project progress reports
  • To prepare documents for submission and maintain the filing system for projects
  • Project coordination with Client, equipment vendors, sub-contractors, and Procurement department for all project activities
  • Preparation of Method of Statement, Risk Assessments, conduct the technical evaluation for various installation works
  • To prepare and monitor inspection and test plan
  • To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity
  • To be involved in the Company ISO activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related fields; fresh graduates are welcome too
  • Technical knowledge in power transmission & distribution equipment (such as Gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), power transformer, and shunt reactors)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage several tasks concurrently
  • Fast learner and good adaptability for the new requirement
  • Have experience in project cost control is preferred
  • Detailed oriented and able to work well in a team
