- Apply Siemens Energy technical standards and software, provide economical and reliable solutions in accordance with customer’s requirement and corresponding standards ; provide the solutions based on production technology ,equipment and quality requirements. Optimize the solutions acc. to test data analysis
- Distribution Transformer Design , provide the technical support for business development
- Provide economical and reliable solutions under support of HQ in accordance with customer’s requirement and corresponding standards, following the work instruction ; Check order design of other engineers.
- Provide offer solutions under support of HQ following the work instruction
- Participate contract review, Active part review; Organize electrical design review (QG);participate to solve problems in manufacturing process and test failure
- Technical order preparation and mechanical design, clarify the supplier’s questions. participate the audit of supplier development
- Update and maintain transformer design database
- Participate improvement projects such as cost reduction, technology innovation, SPT workshop, preparation of work instruction, etc.
- Summarize experience of products. Advantage/disadvantage, problems/failures of design, manufacture and test processes should be covered
- Assist internal training
- Prepare documents for customers, such as short circuit withstand ability, overload capability, etc
