About the presentation

Retirement of many senior experts presents an industry-wide problem because of the risk of losing their precious experience. E-learning through Transformers Academy turned out to be a good instrument for educating younger colleagues. This learning experience is now available at a new level: Diploma study programmes. Created together with the most renowned industry and teaching experts, this innovation fulfils the Academy’s most important mission – implementing knowledge into your organisation.

Each professional programme combines multiple courses into a package, representing the most advanced form of education at the TA and serving to provide wholesome knowledge to the key people in your organisation. The programmes are suited for everyone who supports the belief that sharpening the skills and competencies of team members is what makes the company’s long-term mission successful.

Having up-to-date literature is also necessary for ensuring that your employees and colleagues have the necessary resources for their professional growth and for maximising their contribution to your company. We will briefly present our books that serve as a means of preserving precious knowledge and making it available to your employees.
