She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Biotechnology from Aalborg University in Denmark, equipping her with a robust understanding of sustainability principles and their industrial applications. At KONČAR D&ST, Božena oversees non-financial reporting and coordinates sustainability-focused projects, driving forward the company’s commitment to sustainable transformation.
