Two substations renovated in Stavropol

Russia, Stavropol: Stavropolenergo has completed one of the largest reconstruction projects in the North Caucasus at the Severnaya (North) substation in the city of Stavropol.

The reconstruction began in 2014 after a technical incident at the substation, and included an installation of a modern 63 MVA power transformer, 110/10/6 kV, reports EnergyLand.

Parallel to this, the utility also modernized the Yuzhnaya (South) substation installing the latest equipment to improve fire safety and security at the facility.
