Kalpataru Power Transmission wins $104.4M substation orders
India, Uttar Pradesh: Kalpataru Power Transmission has been awarded $104.4 million orders by the Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) for the erection and extension of substations and construction of the associated transmission lines in Uttar Pradesh.
The orders include construction of a 400 kV Jauljivi GIS substation, with power transformers and associated electrical equipment, and extension of the 765 kV Bareilly substation, reports Money Control.
The project will also include construction of new transmission lines associated with the two substations.
