Serbia’s EPS investing in new substations

Serbia, Belgrade: State-owned power utility Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) is investing $3.7 million in the construction of a new 110 kV substation in Arandjelovac, in central Serbia. 

The substation, with power transformers and associated electrical equipment, will be the second substation in Arandjelovac and will reduce the loss of electricity, reports SeeNews.

Earlier this month, EPS also announced an investment in the construction of a 110 kV substation in Ub, in western Serbia.
