Greek utility launches wind farm and substation tender

Greek utility PPC Renewables has announced a tender for the construction of a 30 MW wind farm in central Greece.

The company is seeking a contractor to design, procure, transport, install and commission the wind farms in Aeras, Mouzaki municipality and Afentiko, Argitheas municipality, along with a 400/20 kV high-voltage substation, reports Renewables Now.

The total indicative cost of the contract is $51.3 million, excluding VAT.

The project also includes the operation and maintenance of the wind farm for a period of 14 years, and 10 years of operation and maintenance for the two digital control systems of the substation.
