Transformer failure causes large fire at AEP Ohio substation

USA, Ohio: A large fire burst out at an AEP Ohio substation in the Groveport area of Franklin County after a transformer failed and went on fire on Thursday night.

The fire department officials said there are between 76,000 and 113,500 litres of flammable liquid in an underground tank fuelling the flames, reports 10tv.

The cause of the transformer failure is still being investigated.
