EGEMAC to implement three transformer stations at $89M
Egypt, Cairo: The Egyptian German Electrical Manufacturing Company (EGEMAC) is waiting to obtain an appointment order for the implementation of three transformer stations for which the company won the tender, said Medhat Ramadan, the chairperson of EGEMAC, at the Electricx international exhibition held in Cairo.
The three stations include a 220/66/500 kV transformer station to be built in El Eqtesdayea at $28 million, The 10th of Ramadan 500 kV transformer station to be built at $25 million, and a 500/220/66 kV transformer plant in Zagazig, a project worth $36 million, reports Daily News Egypt.
There are several tenders still ongoing for these projects.
