The two Baltic Power topsides have arrived from Gdynia, Poland, to the Port of Aalborg, Denmark, for outfitting of the electrical equipment.

Denmark: The two Baltic Power topsides have arrived from Gdynia, Poland, to the Port of Aalborg, Denmark, for outfitting of the electrical equipment, after the completion of the prefabrication phase. Semco Maritime’s team will begin the outfitting process.

Semco Maritime and CS Wind Offshore are responsible for the engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of the wind farm’s two substations. During the outfitting stage, the substations will be equipped with key components such as the main transformers, high-level switchgear, auxiliary switchgear, control and monitoring systems, and other auxiliary equipment.
