Germany/Croatia: Croatian power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod has been awarded a contract worth over €30 million ($33.2 million) for a power line renovation by German transmission system operator TenneT. This includes a 30 km section of the power line from the Berghausen substation to the Borken substation, part the Landesbergen – Borken project for a comprehensive renovation of the 380/220/110 kV transmission line there. The works are expected to start in March 2025 and the project is set to be completed by the end of 2026.

“This contract marks a significant step forward for Dalekovod in the German market and further strengthens the company’s position as one of the key players in the modernization and development of Europe’s power infrastructure,” Dalekovod announced.
