Important figure retires at Ziehl-Abegg
Ziehl-Abegg’s Vice President, Global Sales Ventilation Systems, Thomas Brommer has retired from the company.

Germany, Künzelsau: Ziehl-Abegg’s Vice President, Global Sales Ventilation Systems, Thomas Brommer has retired from the company but will continue in an active role as an advisor. He can look back on a career at the company spanning 22 years.
Brommer began his career at Ziehl-Abegg in May 2002 as Sales Director International Ventilation Systems, then 41 years old and a graduate in economics. He brought with him experience gained previously at Werner & Pfleiderer in Stuttgart and Deutsche Babcock Borsig AG in Berlin. Most recently, he held management positions at Turbo-Lufttechnik GmbH in Zweibrücken.
He studied sales management at the University of Hohenheim. At Ziehl-Abegg, he developed the global sales and market strategy and built up the worldwide sales organization by establishing the Group’s own companies on every continent, leading to the development of new international markets in Asia, North and South America. In February 2004, he was appointed authorised signatory, taking over the responsibility for numerous foreign companies in countries such as Australia, China, the United States, and Brazil.
