UK, Manchester: Engineering services provider Ipsum has expanded its power division with the acquisition of Shrewsbury-based transmission and distribution specialist Wootton & Wootton. This move enhances Ipsum’s expertise in electrical cable systems up to 275 kV and strengthens its ability to serve the Midlands and Wales, complementing its work with UK Transmission and Distribution Network Operators, developers, and private network owners.
Wootton & Wootton brings extensive experience in cable installation, jointing, testing, and decommissioning, aligning seamlessly with Ipsum’s existing power services.
