India: KEC International Ltd has won new orders for 765 kV transmission infrastructure from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL). The orders are worth INR 1704 crore ($201.7 million) in the company’s power T&D business. They are related to the design, supply, and installation of 765 kV transmission lines and GIS substations and have taken the company’s cumulative order inflows in FY25 to INR 16300 crore.

Commenting on the new order wins, Vimal Kejriwal said: “We are delighted with the continuous inflow of orders, especially in our T&D business. These 765 kV orders from PGCIL have further strengthened our India T&D order book, reaffirming our confidence in the continued strong growth of this business. With these orders, our YTD order intake now stands at INR 16300 crore, reflecting an impressive growth of over 60% compared to last year.”
