Switzerland, Sissach: R&S Group Holding AG has announced key leadership changes as part of its succession strategy. CEO Markus Laesser, who has led the company since 2021, will step down to focus on personal projects and mandates. Under his leadership, R&S Group transformed into a global energy infrastructure player, achieved a successful SIX Swiss Exchange listing, and set a strong path for sustainable growth.

Effective 1 June 2025, Eduardo Terzi will take over as CEO. Terzi brings over 30 years of industry experience, having led Siemens Energy’s Transformer Division, managing €4 B in revenue, 37 plants, and 10,000 employees. He holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.

Two Board members, Rolf Lanz and Gregor Greber, will not stand for re-election at the AGM on 14 May 2025. Both were instrumental in the company’s growth and strategic milestones, including the acquisition of Kyte Powertech and the public listing. Greber will remain available as a consultant.

To reinforce governance and diversity, the Board proposes Dr. Monika Krüsi and Déborah Carlson-Burkart as new independent members. Both bring extensive industry and legal expertise.

Chairman Heinz Kundert expressed gratitude for Laesser, Lanz, and Greber, and confidence in the incoming leadership team to guide R&S Group into its next growth phase. Further details will be shared with the AGM invitation.
