Switzerland: Tuboly-Astronic AG announces that, on 8 January 2026, it has been acquired by TAT Holding, a Swiss holding company owned by the Bertelli family.
The transaction represents a consistent step within the long-term strategy of the Bertelli Family, now in its third generation, focused on business diversification and the expansion of its operational scope, while maintaining a clear and ongoing commitment to the energy sector.
Tuboly-Astronic AG will continue to operate with full managerial and operational autonomy. The company will retain its existing organizational structure, brand, and management continuity. No changes are planned to governance, operational processes, or market positioning.
As part of this continuity-focused approach, the management team will be strengthened with the appointment of Gerhard Steinebrunner as Managing Director. He will work alongside the current Managing Director, Silvia Silvestri, ensuring leadership continuity while supporting the company’s future development.
