USAID purchases transformers for Ukraine
The USAID has purchased 18 autotransformers to support Ukraine’s power grid.

Ukraine, Kyiv: The US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink on Twitter (X) has announced that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has purchased 18 autotransformers to support Ukraine’s power grid. It has also been announced that more autotransformers are on the way, helping to keep the country’s grid running despite constant attacks.
It has also been noted that Ukrainian food producers received generators from the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) and Germany. The European Union is also providing the country with 68 large generators for critical infrastructure.
