Trained in Law and Business and with a Master’s Degree in Business and Maritime Law from ICADE, he began his professional career as a Contract Manager and Director of Complex Logistics Projects for leading companies in the national and international Power Sector, which allowed him to acquire valuable knowledge and experience in this field.
