E-lesson: Online overvoltages monitoring at transformer terminals

| Free

Online transformer monitoring systems, including transient monitoring can provide valuable data on power system transient that exist in power network. Join the session to learn more – get your room link here!

Upon registration, you will have the opportunity to take a short survey about experience with transient monitoring in the power system. This will help our presenters with planning the session content.

In this e-lesson you will learn about possible overvoltages that can exist at power transformer terminals. Real overvoltages from the power network will be analyzed and compared with the standard ones. Attendees will get insight in the state of the art of transient monitoring and transient data analysis.

Keywords: online transient monitoring, power transformers, non-standard overvoltages, lightning, switching
