We had a conversation with Head of Sales Europe at Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH, Kinga Kastenberger.
This interview took place during CWIEME Berlin, one of the most significant events in the field of electrical engineering, held from May 14th to 16th in Berlin.
This fair was a great opportunity to chat with an engineer who has directed her career towards sales.

Kinga Kastenberger
Reinhausen Power CompositesKinga Kastenberger is a Head of Sales Europe by Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH with 14 years’ experience in the high voltage business. Specializing in electrical engineering, she is using her experience to support customers in finding the best solutions for their needs as well as our business development with important inputs from the market. She has joined the sales team at RPC in 2010 and was responsible for the Eastern European market, followed by the Western European market, before she took on the responsibility for the whole of Europe and the internal sales in 2021.
As a triple citizen of three European countries with extensive experience in living and working in different countries, I bring an international perspective to my work.
She studied at the Technical University of Temeswar and obtained her Electrical Engineer degree in 2000. She has a master’s degree in microsystems and nanotechnology at the University of Applied Science in Regensburg.
